Sand Blasting and Painting

Sandblasting is a process that uses the hit power of variety of abrasives to clean work piece surface of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, using abrasive-blasting equipment: Shovels or pours abrasives, such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper.

Our Responsibilities:
Remove the oxide coating and sand it after the work piece casting, forming, heat treating. Dry sandblasting suitable for surface roughness and unevenness Wet sandblasting is similar to dry sandblasting process, but it more suitable for precise machining, and less pollution.
Removing of surface carbon corrosion, remained painting or other residues Improve surface unevenness so that could improve the coating adhesion Get rid of the burr or scratch Carving (spray) on ceramic or glass, blasting on cutting tools to improve its life and for all the oil pollution parts, degrease first before sanding.
Dry sandblasting abrasives: steel grit, aluminum oxide, silica sand, silicon carbide. Use different abrasives according to the work piece material demands.
